Empowering the next generation: 28TH TAFISA WORLD CONGRESS

I had the opportunity to showcase our organization's impactful efforts in knowledge scaling and capacity building within the realms of quality sport and physical literacy at the 28th TAFISA World Congress in Dusseldorf, Germany. During the session titled “Knowledge and Expertise: Qualifying the Next Generation of Sport for All Leaders,” I, alongside a panel of four, presented case studies highlighting our work across the sector, with a particular emphasis on the influential role of youth in driving positive change through sports.

In addition to sharing our current initiatives, I took the opportunity to shed light on upcoming innovations within Sport for Life’s knowledge scaling department. Stay tuned for exciting announcements in the coming months!

The congress, organized by the TAFISA and hosted by German Olympic Sports Federation, served as a platform for bringing together 500 participants from over 100 countries. It provided a space to discuss, debate, and experience the latest developments in the Sport for All movement, ultimately shaping its future direction.

I am incredibly grateful for the chance to speak at this event and for the opportunity to meet and connect with so many inspiring individuals from around the world.
